Third Circuit Statistics

Tables on this page contain statistics calculated using data I collected from opinions and judgment orders posted either on the Third Circuit’s website or on the archive pages maintained by Villanova University (the link to these pages can be found on the Third Circuit’s website). The data I collected is a subset of the data available to the Administrative Office, and as such, the statistics found here are not directly comparable to the statistics available in the “Judicial Business” Reports and tables published by the Administrative Office.
