Some states post information on time to disposition or the percent of judgments affirmed or reversed in their appellate courts; other states post information solely on caseload, or provide no information. The following states make available time-to-disposition or percent affirmed/reversed information for intermediate appellate courts, usually within an annual report. Where a state does not have an intermediate appellate court (Delaware, Maine, Montana, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Wyoming), available information is for the state’s supreme court. Nevada established an intermediate appellate court in 2014, but because information is not yet available for that court, the link is to the state’s supreme court statistics.
